THE FOUNDER IP DOSSIER

THE EXPERIENCE IS ALREADY THEREThe language has to catch up

Twenty years of judgment.
A forgettable introduction.

A founder can spend twenty years developing judgment and still introduce themselves in language a thousand other people could use.

The experience is there. The insight is there. The words have not caught up.

And when you cannot explain what you see, the person across the table has very little to work with. They hear a category. They miss the person who has earned a particular way of thinking.

Your perspective deserves a clearer form.

THE GUIDED WORKStart with what you have lived

Find the throughline.
Make it useful.

The Oracle guides you through the material that makes your perspective your own. You can type, bring existing reference material, and return to refine the work.

The result grows out of your answers, your corrections, and your approval.

01

Founder Gravity

What has earned
your attention—and trust?

Examine the experience, relationships, and judgment you have accumulated. Look for the connections that give your work substance and make certain opportunities visible to you.

02

Founder Archetype

What keeps
moving you?

Explore the motivations that shape how you build. A primary archetype and supporting influences give the pattern language, while leaving room for the complexity of an actual person.

03

Founder Point of View

What do you believe?
And why?

Articulate your convictions, the reasoning behind them, and the conditions or exceptions that matter. A useful point of view can explain itself.

04

Founder IP Dossier

Bring the
thinking together.

Turn the connected work into a practical account of who you are, what drives you, what you believe, why your perspective matters, how you sound, and your founder’s statement.

COMPANY VOICEA distinct piece of the work

You have a voice.
So does the business.

Your personal perspective and your company’s voice have different jobs. The Oracle gives Company Voice its own space, so the business can speak consistently without making every sentence sound like a personal essay.

Work on Company Voice independently. Keep different business contexts distinct. Give the people and tools writing for your company a clearer reference.

Your thinking, ready to travel

Keep the work.
Use it.

Beyond the interview

A useful body of work.
In your hands.

Take your reports as PDFs or editable Word documents. Use portable prompts and writing kits with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Review the language. Correct what misses. Approve the version that represents you.

Approving your work and permitting its public use are separate decisions. Legion works from material approved for that purpose.

A FEW ANSWERSBefore you begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need to arrive with polished answers?

No. The guided work is there to help you articulate the material. You can type your answers, bring reference material, save progress, and return to refine it.

Does Company Voice require the founder modules first?

No. Company Voice is an independent part of the Oracle. Your personal voice and your business voice remain distinct.

Can I use the work outside the Arena?

Yes. PDF and editable Word reports, prompts, and portable writing kits let you use the work in your own writing and with other tools.

What happens after the first month?

Ongoing Oracle access is an explicit opt-in: $147 per month total at the early-bird rate, or $197 at the regular rate, including Forum. If you do not opt in, Oracle access ends after the first month and Forum continues at $79 or $99 per month, respectively.

Will my interview become public copy automatically?

No. Reviewing and approving your work is separate from permission to use material publicly. Public-facing work must use material approved for that purpose.
