The standard setup supports one business workspace. Your site and systems remain editable through the available platform controls as the business develops.
Email and web chat form the core communication channels. Optional connected channels and paid services have their own requirements and scope.

What is included in the first month?
The early-bird first-month total is $1,997; the regular total is $2,497. It includes the Legion setup, Forum, and one month of Oracle. These are total first-month amounts, not setup fees with another monthly charge added on top.
What continues after the first month?
Legion and Forum continue for $397 per month at the early-bird rate, or $497 at the regular rate. Ongoing Oracle access is optional: add $68 or $98 per month, respectively, for combined totals of $465 or $595.
Is this a custom creative agency engagement?
The standard scope provides generated templates and systems, configuration, and product support. You review and approve your own content. Bespoke creative work and migration of an existing website require separate scope.
Are phone, SMS, and AI services included?
Optional phone, SMS, and AI services are separately scoped and paid. Eligible connected social channels depend on the account and platform requirements.
Will content publish without my review?
You review and approve your own work before publication. Only material you have approved for public use should be used in public-facing content.
